Where is your office located?
We are a fully-online accounting practice, meaning we aren’t located in one place. We have a virtual office, where you can send documents when required, but our team is spread across the UK and the world!

How can I contact you?
Get in touch with us through arranged video meetings, email, Slack, WhatsApp, our website chat or through our contact form.
What qualifications do you hold?
Our firm is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England And Wales (ICAEW). Our employees hold various forms of accounting qualifications from AAT to ACA and other industry specialised qualifications. We also hold Xero Advisor certifications.
Is this firm a member of a regulated accounting body?
Yes, we are regulated by the HMRC.
Process
Do you work with companies who have legal entities in different countries?
We currently only work with UK companies. However if you have a group of companies based in different countries we can refer you to accounting specialists in your other country.
Will I have a main point of contact?
This depends on your service package options. You may choose to have a dedicated accountant or have a general support package. A dedicated accountant is generally more responsive and will be able to respond to your queries in less time due to their knowledge. Both options will respond to any query within 24 hours.
What countries do you work with?
We only work with UK Companies currently. We understand that e-commerce has a broader international scope and we have partners we can refer you to should you wish to open a company in a different country.
Do you come to our office for meetings?
We are an online-only firm so we don’t do meetings at your office, but don’t worry we offer video call meetings and plenty of other ways to chat with us!

Services
Do you offer personal taxation services?
Yes, we do prepare personal tax returns for our clients who own e-commerce businesses. We do not however work with stand-alone personal tax clients.

Our tax services include corporation tax, payroll tax, VAT and personal taxation services for our clients.

Can you advise us on what software apps to use?
Yes. As a part of our process all clients will go through implementation where we will review your current set up and provide app advisory services to ensure you are using the right software to run your business efficiently.

Software
Do you provide software conversions?
Yes, we can do conversions to Xero. We convert from many popular online accounting software including Sage and Quickbooks, as well as Excel worksheets.
Do you use QuickBooks?
No, we do not use QuickBooks. We only use Xero, but however we can do software conversions from QuickBooks if you would like to move to Xero.

What accounting software do you use?
We are a Xero-only firm as we believe it to be the best in it’s class. We only use other accounting software for the sole purpose of converting to Xero.
What software partners do you work with?
We work with lots of software partners through our central accounting software of choice, Xero. We assess each of our clients needs on an individual basis to ensure that we create software stacks that work specifically for you and your business.
